Percik paste is an exotic marinade with a distinct taste of creamy coconut and lemongrass
- Heat paste
- Add salt and sugar according to taste
- Add chicken(500gm) and water(100ml). Leave to simmer.
- Cook for 20mins. over medium heat till chicken is cooked.
- Paste can be served with fish or meat.
Once open need to keep in the fridge.
